Martha's Vineyard Outfitters is a fly fishing and light tackle guide service located on beautiful Martha's Vineyard. We specialize in sight casting for striped bass on the island's vast network of flats, estuaries, and throughout its surrounding near-coastal waters. We also target bluefish, bonito, false albacore and tuna.

Captain W. Brice Contessa, owner and operator of Martha's Vineyard Outfitters is a United States Coast Guard licensed Captain and full time professional fishing guide who has been fishing the waters of Martha’s Vineyard his entire life. We have been operating on the Vineyard since 2001.

Our guides are friendly and knowledgeable, regularly helping beginners catch their first fish on a fly, and guiding many an expert to the fish of a lifetime. We are currently taking bookings for the 2012 season, offering four, six and eight hour trips. Space is limited, so we encourage you to book your trip as early as possible.
